| Futaaba's Robotic cell I/O systems present many advantages such as flexible, modular construction, low-cost, as well as look and see diagnostics. Each I/O module contains an LED to give immediate visual feedback of its status. The I/O system also has an area to test the modules for correct functionality. In addition, each I/O module contained within the unit is isolated to prevent system interruptions due to power surges or hardware malfunction. For increased ease of use this unique I/O system has PC based integration. When used in conjunction with the RoboFlo software system users are presented with a cost effective and easy to use solution to operating manufacturing equipment with no PLC's. |
