What is a VFD Module

VFD's have excellent readability with a wide viewing angle and high reliability. A VFD module integrates a Vacuum Fluorescent Display, a display controller, driver IC's and a power supply on a single PCB.

The LCD Emulator

Futaba is continuously developing an exciting line of VFD Modules designed to replace a standard LCD Module. These LCD Emulators allow easy conversion from hard-to-read LCD's to vibrant Vacuum Fluorescent Displays without special programming or board customization.
