VFD Module Character Displays
The character display module series feature a multi-character VFD
(segment or dot matrix character format) and utilize industry
standard parallel and/or serial communication interfaces. The
modules incorporate all the necessary hardware and software for
easy connection to the host system. Each module consists of a
multi-character VFD, a microcontroller with character generator,
anode/grid driver ICs, and a DC-DC/AC converter.
